When a new customer redeems a voucher, the customer will provide a promo code via the Meal POPs Apple or Android mobile apps.
The restaurant will simply collect the promo code from the customer. All additional payment for overspend is treated like a normal payment, which restaurant staff collects directly as a normal transaction. We see overspend in just about every one of our customers and typically have little to no impact on standard operations.
